As a general frame, senior full-stack engineering through BitBySoft runs at roughly 40–60% of an equivalent UK-based senior hire or agency day rate — without the IR35 assessment burden that comes with engaging an individual UK contractor.
We invoice in GBP or USD, whichever is simpler on your end.
Data protection & compliance
We don't process UK/EU personal data as a matter of course, but where a project involves it, we design for GDPR-aligned practices: data minimisation, encryption, clear data-processing terms, and the option to host infrastructure within the UK or EU when that's a project requirement.
